Welcome to The Magic Mailbox Club! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
The Magic Mailbox Club is a subscription-based writing club for children. Subscribers receive, a welcome kit, two letters per month and optional add-ons such as letter keepsakes.
2. Membership and Billing
By subscribing, you authorize The Magic Mailbox Club to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.
3. Cancellations
To cancel your subscription, you must email support@magicmailboxclub.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
Cancellations received after this period will be processed for the following billing cycle.

4. Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our letters and kits, we generally do not offer refunds once materials have been mailed.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at support@magicmailboxclub.com.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We use USPS to deliver letters and kits. Please allow 7 business days for delivery once letter has been mailed.
The Magic Mailbox Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions or incorrect mailing addresses provided by subscribers.
6. Privacy and Data Use
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our service.
Personal information will NEVER be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Any major changes to pricing or features will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
