1. Service Description

The Magic Mailbox Club is a subscription-based reading and writing club for elementary aged school children. Subscribers receive a Welcome Kit, two personalized letters per month, and may have the option to purchase additional add-ons, such as letter keepsakes.

Letters are created for educational and entertainment purposes and are designed to encourage reading, writing, creativity, and communication skills.

2. Parent/Guardian Consent

By subscribing, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child listed on the subscription, or that you have permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian.

You consent to The Magic Mailbox Club using the information provided during sign-up to create, personalize, and mail letters and related materials.

3. Membership and Billing

By subscribing, you authorize The Magic Mailbox Club to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate. If your payment method is declined or cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused, delayed, or canceled until payment information is updated.

4. Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, you must email support@magicmailboxclub.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.

Cancellations received after this period may be processed for the following billing cycle.

5. Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our letters, kits, and mailed materials, we generally do not offer refunds once materials have been prepared or mailed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We use USPS to deliver letters and kits. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery once a letter or kit has been mailed.

The Magic Mailbox Club is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, postal disruptions, returned mail, or incorrect mailing addresses provided by subscribers.

Subscribers are responsible for keeping mailing addresses accurate and up to date.

7. Child Replies

Children are encouraged to reply to letters using the supplies provided. However, a child is not required to send a reply in order to continue receiving letters while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

8. Privacy and Data Use

We collect only the information necessary to provide and deliver our service.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Any major changes to pricing, features, or subscription benefits will be communicated to subscribers in advance when possible.
